This study is to further review on the implementation of Public Officers
Performance Assessment and analyze the barriers of the Public Officers
Performance Assessment by legal consideration by the BKPSDM Office of
Karanganyar based on the Government Regulation No. 46 Year of 2011.
Employee performance evaluation is an important factor of measurement
standard used in reforming and improving employee performance. DP-3
performance use assessment in Public Officers sector is considered ineffective
because it cannot be used to measure the level of productivity and contribution
achieved by Public Officers for organization. DP-3 assessment is more oriented
on personality and behavior assessment
