TINJAUAN YURIDIS PUTUSAN MAHKAMAH AGUNG TENTANG PEMUTUSAN HUBUNGAN KERJA(PHK) OLEH PENGUSAHA ( STUDI KASUS Nomor 497 K/Pdt.Sus-PHI/2019)
The case in this study is about the unilateral and arbitrary termination of
employment from PT. G4S Cash Service to Sigit Nugroho. In this case PT. G4S Cash
Service has terminated the employment relationship with one of its employees and the
employee has not been accepted because he has been terminated arbitrarily without his
knowledge.
The purpose of this study is divided into two, namely objective and subjective
objectives. The objective objectives are 1). Knowing the case of the issuance of the
decision of the Supreme Court Number 497 K / Pdt.Sus-PHI / 2019.2). Knowing the
consideration of the Supreme Court panel regarding the decision of the Supreme Court
Number 497 K / Pdt.Sus-PHI / 2019. 3). Reviewing the legal consequences of issuing a
decision of the Supreme Court Number 497 K / Pdt.Sus-PHI / 2019. Subjective
objectives are 1). The preparation of this thesis aims to add insight to the writers and
readers in order to obtain broad insights. 2). The preparation of this thesis is also to obtain
a Bachelor of Laws in the field of Law.
