Pengaruh komitmen organisasional terhadap in role performance dan extra role behaviour dengan collectivism sebagai variable moderating (studi pada tenaga dosen dan karyawan di lingkungan universitas slamet riyadi surakarta).



This study aims to analzye 1) effect organizational commitment towards the in role performance of lecture and employees. 2) role of collectivism as a moderator of the influences organizational commitment towards in role performance of lectures and employees. 3) effect organizational commitment toward he extra role behaviour of lectures and employees. 4) role of collectivism as a moderator of the influences organizational commitment toward extra role behaviour of lecture and employees. Sample are 78 lectures and employee from all faculties in area of slamet riyadi university on surakarta, taken by proportional sampling technique. To test the hypothesis, the researcher uses the moderating regression analysis with standardized residual method, mean while to process the data the sees release 12 program is used. Result of t test indicates that 1) organizational commitment has a significantly effect to the performance of lecture and employees. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,014) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 1. 2) collectivism moderate the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of lectures and employees. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,014) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 2. 3) organizational commitment has a significantly effect to extra role behaviour or lectures and employee. This is indicated by t test with p value (0,019) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 3. 4) Collectivism moderate the influence of organizational commitment of extra rolebehaviour of lectures and employees. This is indicated by test with p value (0,002) < 0,05 thus supporting hypothesis 4.
