Peranan etika pelayanan public dan diskresi administrasi dalam meningkatkan kinerja birokrasi pada kantor pelayanan terpadu kabupaten boyolali.



Since reformation we which occurred in 1998, the credibility of the government to the society decreases, and government to the society decreases, and government have to give back the believeness to the society, which is one of that would be good public services. With this way, it must be accompanied a paradigms that government function have the society not the government which is served. A good service which is wanted by the society was easy, cheap, friendships, effective and efficient. So that the society fell that there is certainly in seeking service, legalization either non legalization in unity service office in the region of boyolali. The aims of this research was to know the role style of public service and decoration of aadministration in unity service office in boyolali. Technique for collecting data were: observation, interview and questioner. The results of research shows that the style of public service skill found the service which based on nepotism especially the service given to families or relationship. The research refer to variable searching among other: 1) public service involved indicator ethic code and discrimination action. 2) Description in charge administration involved individuality and evaluation from officer who is responsible. 3) Birocration task involve indicators quality of service, effectiveness and responsiveness.
