Perbandingan jarak tanam dan jumlah benih perlubang terhadap efisiensi fisik dan efisiensi ekonomi pada tanaman jagung (zea mays L).



The aims of this research is to known in what planting distance and in what number of seed hole will the corn former get the best harvest productivity. They are in portand to get physical and economical efficiency. The method used in this research is factorial mode with basic pattern rancangan acak kelompok lengkap (complete group random design), which contains of two actions element. Those action element. Those action are repeated three times. The first elements is planting distance (j). It contains of 3 level of action; j1= planting with distance of 50x20 cm, j2= planting with distance of 60x20 cm, and j3= planting with distance of 70x20 cm. The second elements is the number of seed in every hole (b). It contains of three level of action; b1= one seed per hole, b2= two seed per hole, and b3= three seed per hole. The result shown from this research are; the highest outcome will be aimed from the actions, planting distance of 60x20 cm within 2 seeds per hole 2,17 per square or 6.632.607 kg per acre and the highest physical and economical efficiency will be aimed from the actions: planting distance of 60x20 cm with 2 seeds per hole 2,17 per square or 6.632.607 kg per acre or Rp 20.608,440,-per acre.
