this research aim to to analyze elements influence is service quality which consist of sociability, astuteness, correctness, and speed to satisfaction of BKK sambung macan client in improving the amount of saving. Problem which medium emerge is do elements of quality service either through simultan and also parsial have influence which is significant to satisfaction of BKK client. Used sampel in this research equal to 60 active client responden with adequate got data assumption enough, procedure intake of sampel in this research use sampling judgement technique. Results of research show the quality of given by service is bkk sambung macam have enough nicely, this matter is proven from all independent variable coefficient value is positive. This means all independent variable (sociability, astuteness, correctness, and speed) having an effect on positive to dependen variable, that is satisfaction of client. Result of determinasi coefficient test, showing sociability variable contribution astuteness, correctness and speed to satisfaction of client equal to 81,7 percent, there is 18,3 percent influenced by other variable outside research model. Finding related to service impact to satisfaction of client BKK sambung macan in improving the amount of saving in the reality affect is positive, its meaning is progressively upgraded by service, hence client progressively satisfy, which is on finally will improve the amout of saving.
