The organization goal and organization management more effective and efficient while job performance officers support. In fact, job performance in office influence by organization, commitment, motivation and work environment. Goal of the research was knowing direct and indirect influence organization commitment and motivation to work environment in SMA Negeri I Karanganyar, knowing direct and undirect organization commitment, motivational and work, environment to teachers job performance in SMA Negeri I Karanganyar. The research take location on SMA Negeri I Karanganyar with the reason problem at the teachers job performance. Seventy six samples were taken. Collecting data doing with an quete, observation, bibliografi, and documentation. Analyze data techniquewas path analysis. Results of this research was: 1) organization commitment direct influence to work environment. 2) Motivation direct influence to work environment. 3) Organization commitment undirect not influence to teacher jobs performances. 4) Motivation undirect not influence to teachers job performances. 5) work environment undirect non influence to teachers job performance. 6) Organization commitment undirect in fluence to teachers job performance with work environment as intervening variable. 7) Motivation undirect influence to teachers job performance with work environment as intervening variable.
